Withdrawal Address Management

WON chain is a compliant blockchain. And one of the most crucial principles that make it compliant is when application is going, user verification result and facilitators (those who provide verification service) details are necessary for further operation. When user adds a WON/TOP withdrawal address, WON chain will gain user verification result from WON app, so user verification is prior to address verification, only users who accomplish user verification can make withdrawal address available and withdraw money.

Verification Status:

• Unverified: User verification is not accomplished. Withdrawal address is suspended and unavailable. Once user verification is accomplished, address will be delivered to WON chain for further verification.
• Verifying: Automatically verified process is undergoing, which usually accomplished within 1 min, and during the process, withdrawal is not allowed.
• Verified: Address verification is accomplished and withdrawal is allowed.
• Failed: Caused by suspicious user information,or the address is on the blacklist. Withdrawal is not allowed. Please contact customer service for help.

Notice:

Address verification is only for WON currency and TOP currency from WON chain.

Currencies like BTC is allowed without address verification.
