Why am I not receiving an SMS verification code when log in？

1. If you want to log in to WON APP

Because of network problems, your phone may not receive an SMS verification code immediately. Please don't worry. Just be patient to wait for a while. The valid time of an SMS verification code is 10 minutes.

2. If you have logged in to WON APP, and need to log in to WON Web

In this situation, please firstly confirm the version of your WON APP.

If it is above 0.1.32, we will send a push notification to your phone with the verification code in it. If you do not receive the push notification, please make sure that your phone's push notification funtion is open, or you can just log out of WON app and then you will receive an SMS verification code. 

If your WON APP is below version 0.1.32, please wait patiently for the SMS verification code. Due to network problems, you may not receive the SMS immediately. Please don't worry and just wait for a while. The valid time of an SMS verification code is 10 mimutes.
