If you still can receive a GA code, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to WON‘s official website;
2. Click "Settings" on the upper right corner of the page;
3. Select "Google Authenticator" and click "Change";
4. Follow the tips to complete GA change.
If you can't receive a GA code, please send the following information to the customer service email.
1. A photo of you hand-holding your ID card(Your face must be clearly shown) and an A4 paper held by another hand with these details: date (the day of you sending this email) + description (for example: 20190716 Change GA for WON account)
2. Your login phone number.
Your request will be processed in one working day.
