Once submitted, your personal information cannot be changed. However, you can contact customer service and apply to change it.
- Get started here on either Web or App.
- Input an active and available email address.
- The phone number should include country number+phone number.
- The title must be “Change Personal Information”.
- Explain your reasons to change person information.
- Category should be “Account” .
- We will respond to you once we receive your request. We may ask further materials from you, such as your identity card for verification.
