WON Maker can get 30% of Taker's trading fee as a commission

WON is going to launch a new event. For each trading, WON will not charge for a Maker's trading fee and instead will give the Maker 30% of the Taker's trading fee as a commission. There is a minimum limit of the commission amount. Take BTC for example, the minimum commission amount is 0.00000001 BTC. So there will be no commission given to the Maker if the amount is under the minimum limit.
